The Short-Term Insurance Learnership at Momentum Insure in Sandton offers unemployed young South Africans the opportunity to gain practical workplace experience while completing a FETC: Short-Term Insurance (NQF Level 4) qualification. The 12-month programme combines structured learning and on-the-job training to develop insurance knowledge, professional skills, and a service-oriented mindset, preparing participants for a career in the short-term insurance industry.

Responsibilities

• Participate fully in the learnership programme, including classroom training and workplace learning
• Gain practical experience in short-term insurance operations and customer service
• Complete all required assessments, assignments, and portfolio of evidence
• Apply insurance knowledge in day-to-day tasks under supervision
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and professional standards

Qualifications

• Aged between 18 and 25 years (including turning 25 in 2025)
• You MUST attach a copy of your ID to your application
• Able to speak, read and write English
• Passed Matric (a pass mark of 50% or above for English will be a requirement and Math will be beneficial)
